THE LAW OF ATTRACTION AND HOW TO USE IT
Introduction
Have you ever wondered why you behave as you do? Why you look like your relatives? We are getting results that we don’t want yet we still do the same thing. We are constantly leaving on a treadmill going nowhere. We are in charge of how we are living. We need to understand the relationship between the mind and body & the body to the mind. Buddha said “we are a product of our thoughts “ . Everything that is happening to you, you have attracted by the images you are holding in your mind.. Your emotions tell you when you are off course.. We get what we are feeling not mostly what we are thinking. You are the creator of your own reality. If you start your day happy you will attract more of that feeling. The law of attraction says like attracts like, so when you think a Thought, you are also attracting like thoughts to you
How it happens.
Quantum physics says that you can’t have a universe without mind coming in.. It confirms that every thought is made up of energy and frequency. When this energy & frequency radiates into the universe it draws those things back to you. It follows then that THOUGHTS ARE THINGS. An idea that impressed continuously on the sub conscious mind will immediately begin to cloth itself the most convenient way possible Napoleon Hill wrote in the book think and grow rich.
How to use the law of attraction
To explain how to use the law of attraction let us use an example.. In the fairy tale story of Aladdin and the magical lamp, Aladdin picked up the lamp and dust it off and out came the genie. And the genie always says one thing “ your wish is my command “. The creative process is a 3 step process :
Step 1 ask
You don’t need to use words. The universe is responding to your thoughts. It. like making the universe your catalog and placing your order. So what do you really want. Write it down in the present. You can start by writing” I am happy and grateful now that…. Be clear on Exactly what you want. Have a picture of what you want and look around it as many times as possible
Step 2 answer
You never doubt once you place an order because you are sure you will get it. This step requires one to believe on what you want and act as if you have it. The how is not your concern. The universe will do it. The universe will rearrange itself. You don’t need to know how it will appear to you. Those who have done a great things didn’t know how they were going to do it. You might not know the how.. The how will be show to you. You must believe that you have received. You must know that what you want is yours the moment you ask. You must have complete and utter faith. If you had placed an order from a catalogue you would relax/know you are going to receive what you ordered, and get on with your life
Step 3 receive
Ask once, believe you have received, and all you have to do to receive is feel good. When you are feeling good, you are on the frequency of receiving. You are on the frequency of all good things coming to you, and you will receive what you have asked for. You wouldn’t ask for anything unless it was going to make you feel good in the receiving of it, would you? So get yourself on the feel-good frequency, and you will receive. A fast way to get yourself on that frequency is to say, I am receiving now. I am receiving all the good in my life, now, I am receiving [fill in your desire] now.” And feel it. Feel it as though you have received. Action will sometimes be required, but if you’re really doing it in line with what the universe is trying to bring to you, it’s going to feel joyous. You’re going to feel so alive. Time will just stop. You could do it all day. . Inspired action is never a chore or tiresome.
Powerful processes.
There are two powerful processes that can be used with the Law of attraction. ;
Gratitude
This is the quality of being thankful. It’s all about focusing on what is good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have. There are many ways to practice
Think of 3 things you are grateful for
Start a gratitude journal
Practice kindness
Savor they feeling of gratitude and it will keep you in the good feeling thus creating a frequency that is in tune with what you want.
Visualization
This is the most important process. It focuses on creating images in subconscious mind of what you would want. Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Thus if you have been there in the mind you will go there in the body..
The steps to visualize are very simple ;
Know what you want – have a clear idea of what you want and why (this can be archived by knowing it’s value and thing that brings you joy
Describe your dreams in detail –write down in detail starting with “l am happy and grateful now that or create a vision board this will help you - create a clear and full image of your dream.
Start imagining the goal being fulfilled and add emotions this will activate the frequency to achieve your goals
Always have an attitude of gratitude.
Final Remarks.
Our actions are a result of our thoughts. We should change our thoughts and feelings so as to attract what you want in your life. The question is what do you really want?
